1. The crushing chamber of hydraulic cone crusher is special designed according to particles-layer- pressure principle. The special chamber and the suitable rotary speed improve crushing ratio and capacity, so does the cubic product percentage. 

2. With hydraulic protection and hydraulic chamber cleaning, the  hydraulic cone crusher is high-automatic. If something abnormal happens, such as iron is fed into the crushing chamber or there is a jam in the chamber, the machine will lift up the cover and discharging the materials automatically. Working principle

When the spring cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheel. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle close to the bowl liner and far away from the bowl liner from time to time. The raw materials are pressed, impacted and finally crushed in the crushing cavity.
